Rilla Ann “Annie” Noville

71 Sunday, Sept. 8 Freeman formerly of Parker Cherished mother of Brian Skinner, Freeman and Mark Skinner (Michele Marker), Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died last week.  She is survived by her children, two grandsons Schyler Sterna (Jennifer) and Cadan Skinner, four great-grandchildren, a sister Morganette Finch and five half-siblings.
