Trojans overpower Pheasants

By Shane Merrill | Sports

The Parkston girls were able to overpower Parker just before the Christmas break, placing three players in double figures on their way to a 69-25 victory. The Pheasants struggled from the onset, as Parkston used stout defense and excellent shooting to race out to a 25 point lead and never looked back, taking the win 69-25.

Leading Parker was Anna Reifenberger with 10 points while Janae Olson had 7. She also pulled in six rebounds while Aspen Rand had five.

Up next Parker faced Beresford.
